Summary judgment was granted in favor of Maurice L. Brown against Dan Washburn and his employer Joe W. York, d/b/a Triple Six Roustabout Service, and Larry Wayne Moulder and his employer Larry Bradford, d/b/a Star Welding Service. Washburn and Moulder sued for personal injuries, and their employers sued for contribution and indemnification for workmens compensation benefits paid to the injured workmen. The parties appeal. We reverse.
